Kyle is an associate at SeilerSchindel, PLLC. He brings a tireless work ethic, experience as a business leader, and a love of the law to work every day.
 
Since joining the firm, Kyle has provided a range of services to small and mid-sized businesses and their owners. He practices primarily in the areas of creditors’ rights, business formation and governance, commercial litigation, estate planning, and non-profits.
 
Whether helping clients obtain professional licensing or advocating before the district court, Kyle brings an intense level of diligence and determination to every client matter.

Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He received his law degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List and a national semi-finalist in the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Moot Court Competition in Delaware. During law school, Kyle interned for the Honorable Gary W. Bastian.
 
On those rare occasions when he’s not in the office or in court, you will probably find Kyle at a local sporting event, divoting-up a golf course, canoeing, fishing, or spending time with friends and family.
