In July 2016, Leonard Segal Presented Two Minnesota CLE Webcasts as Part of Minnesota CLE’s Complete Lawyer Series

In July 2016, Minnesota Continuing Legal Education presented a series of webcasts as part of its Complete Lawyer series.  Lenny participated in two of the webcasts. The first, on July 7, 2016, focused on marketing for lawyers.  Lenny was one of three attorneys on a small panel that discussed various forms of law firm marketing. The second webcast took place on July 28, 2016.  During this webcast, Lenny provided the employer perspective and his co-presenter presented the employee perspective on a number of employment law issues faced by employers and employees. Topics addressed included whether an employer could terminate an employee for criticizing his/her boss on Facebook, whether non-competition agreements are enforceable in Minnesota, and whistleblower protections for employees.
